Possibly a double fit? These meanings have changed a few times between versions. But whatever, I would prefer to keep 3N open as an option after showing a fit for just the minor; at least until responder commits otherwise. As 3H is, in this sequence, the only bid below 3N capable of showing a D fit, I would not expect the bid to show anything else, such as Heart cue.
