An early morning meeting got me out of my typical routine, so I got up early pacific time to watch some of the juniors semifinals.
You play in 5Cx'd:
QJ7xx
Xx
AKJxx
K
6X
Kx
T
QJT87XXX
1H pass 4H 4S
X 5C P P
X AP
Maybe you play 3C as guessed-phlegm or something like that but you are R/W which might have scared you off anyway. Opps play Polish Club is it matters.
1. HQ,x,A,x
2-4: K-A-Lowest spade. LHO follows twice. You ruff high and LHO pitches a heart.
5. Club to KING and RHOs Ace.
6. Last spade....?
If you can figures out the c9 you can minimize the damage. Your play?

Why didn't I play ♦AK to find out more about RHO's shape before playing a trump? That would have solved the problem.

As Rho has'nt opened 1nt it is presumed that he has a sigleton. If the singleton is ♣ then ♣9 gets promoted so only hope that he has a singleton ♦ & ♣A9x.

My rubbish related to the 4♥ bidder only have 4 card support, albeit on a misreading of the auction. We need to know how 1♥ being Polish affects their 4♥ response. Is 2452 really a possibility?

With maximum 5 high card points,Lho's jump to 4♥ requires more extreme distribution Imo,like 2-4-6-1.

And that's the point to the story. WD.
LHO was indeed 2452 this time.
