Pairs. You are playing a four-card major, weak NT system and partner's 1♣ opening is natural and now promises 5+ clubs or possibly a 4414 shape.
Options include:
- 3♣ non-forcing but strongly invitational.
- 4♣ 100% forcing - invites cue-bids.
- 1♠ 4th suit forcing (one-round force only at the one-level).
What is your plan? And how willing are you to go past 3NT?

Agree that over 1♣, 2♦ (FJ) would have been better than 1♦.
Now I rank
1. 4♣ = F/G. Simple.
2. 1♠ = FSF. Asking for interference, especially at this vulnerability. Although opponents' silence, so far, is consistent with partner being 4414.
3. 3♣ = NAT. But N/F, so risky with this mountain.
