Thanks to all the enthusiastic people who tried 4.8.7. Your compliments, suggestions, and bug reports are much appreciated.

4.8.8 contains fixes to all of the 4.8.7 bugs that were reported. Hopefully I did not create any new bugs in the process...

In 4.8.8 all of the "View" menus, in both Classic and New Views, have been redone in the style of the new lobby "Options" button in New View. There is a new command, "Show all tables" on the menu when a list of tables is displayed that does what you would expect from a command with this name.

When you hide full tables, the tables with empty seats are sorted with the tables with the smallest number of empty seats at the top of the list (instead of at the bottom as it has been forever). If people hate this I will move it back to the way it was before.
