Red on white pd opens 1st seat with 1♠. 2/1 promises a rebid.

I would treat this hand as too good for 1NT, and therefore take my chances with 2H followed by 3H.

I would be more comfortable with a forcing pass followed by 3♥, though. (Edit: sorry this doesn't make sense, the two things mean the same Dunno what I was thinking).

So what you are saying is the correct bid will take us too high if partner misbids later? I have to agree

If opener has a singleton or void in hearts *and* a minimum, get a new partner. A common mistake is to "save" partner when they have a misfit, especially a void. Don't!

Far too often have I seen opener bid forever because he doesn't like responder's suit. A good player would pass 3♥ without hesitation.

you should have a line in the sand,
you wont cross.
Remove one of the out side jacks,
and I would go via 1NT.

4H, I have a 7 carder.
The 7th heart made this a 2H bid,
and thats why you have to play 4H,
because your hearts maay not run
and you have no side entry.

PS: And I agree, 3NT shows add. strength or
heart tolerance, and tolerance means 2 cards.
