Hi everyone, has there been any word on ACBL collegiates for next year (dates in particular)? Any news before the semester ends would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I hope so. But can we please make sure that everyone attends the same school for the collegiates. I was insulted when one year you only needed 2 players from the school.

I have no problem with doing the competition online as long as there is a way to have things supervised. I can tell you it was a pain in the butt to coordinate when we played in 1992. But alas, I have my one "national" championship.

I also noticed that www.unibridge.org is apparently organizing an online inter-university team competition. See the third post on the page for details. It seems like it might be fun! Deadline for entering approaches rather swiftly...

Thanks for the heads-up, would be good to get some extra matches for Portland Bowl preparation...
