Bidding goes:

2 - 2NT - 3 - 4
2 Diamonds is weak
Is 4 a tranfer or is it natural?

Thank you

Not for me. In general, 4 is Stayman, so 4 is natural.

I usually play Texas through 3 interference, not 3.

we don't use transfers after 2NT overcalls or after 3rd seat bids if partner makes a 1NT o/c, so it is easy for us.

My rule is that to play Texas as long as Lebensohl/Rubensohl still applies. That way I have a system for interference of 2 and lower (xxxsohl + Texas) and for 2NT and higher (Natural).
