I'd open 1, because I own the boss suit. I simply won't be able to convey this playing strength if I open 1.

As for what next: the hand is almost good enough to pass 5 and pull the double (I assume that this auction is forcing) but I don't think it quite adds to enough.....partner's 5-7 hcp have to be very specific to make slam good, and bidding 5 may allow him to evaluate well anyway.
