It appears to me that the timestamp on the Forum is about 10 minutes fast. Anyone else seeing this?

The issues with times (fixed at one point, as reported here) have been happening again for a while now.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.
