The GIBs don't have any idea how to play inverted minors properly.

1: They often times do it 4333 with stoppers in every suit and a straight out of the book 3NT response.
2: They play you must have extras to bid either 2NT or a new suit. So what am I suppose to bid with a minimum and xxx in clubs when it will bid inverted with xxxx of trump?
3: They play 3m by responder the 2nd round is forcing. That makes no sense. What am I suppose to bid the 2nd round with xx Kx Kx KQxxxx over 1C 2C 2H?
4: If they have an inverted hand with anything extra they will almost always force to slam, even off 2 aces.
5: Sometimes they even try to tell me when I bid new suits as responder I actually have them. If I had them... why wasn't I bidding them before?
6: Sometimes it will jump to 3m with 5 bad trump instead of responding 1NT
7: Seriously... stop giving me limit raises in clubs with only 4... I'm tired of playing 4-3 fits at the 3 level when the rest of the world is in 1/2NT Mr. GIB.

Please either fix these problems or just remove Inv. Minors from their card, because they haven't the slightest clue how to play it.

A couple of weeks ago it bid 3m with 9 HCP and a side singleton, so we missed a slam.
