The explanation of 1♠ is: 3+C; 3-D; 3-H; 4+S; 11-21HCP; 12-22 total points.
Why 3-D and 3-H? Couldn't I be 4045, or 4414 with 4 small hearts?
With 19-22 total points, wouldn't I bid 2♠ instead of 1♠?

Also, the descriptions of West and North's raises both indicate more support than they actually had.

What is the requirement for suit quality to overcall 1♦ directly over 1♣?
