Bug maybe?

GIB's hand has neither the shape nor the point count indicated in the popup description for the 2♠ bid. Is this a problem with the bid? Or maybe just a problem with the description of the bid? Relying on that description I pass because GIB is saying it has 8 total points, at least three of which must be distribution points.
