unnusual lead proble

I messed up with dealer wich is west, depending on opening 1♣ or 1♦ different overcalls from north arised (mainly 1♥ and 2NT), and various spade contracs were reached by south.

The unnusual problem comes with the lead, because each different suit choosen leads to a different number of tricks from declarer, from 10 to 13 tricks.
