Thought it was worth a laugh. I have no other comments on bidding or choice of lead at trick one.

Well, South learnt not to lead fourth-highest from the Jack, clearly!

I'll add 3 classics of my own to this.
I had a hand with ♣J109x and some kings and queens in the other suits to lead v 6N without the suit having been bid naturally. Suffice it to say that partner didn't have any and dummy had 2 honours over me, allowing a stiff off contract to make.
Revenge was had when an oppo led the 10♥(trumps) and I saw QJ732 in dummy, A54 in hand and after a long think worked out the only holding that mattered was 10986, so ducked, caught the stiff K and made a no play 4♥.
The third features me and a semi regular partner getting no matchpoints between us sitting in opposite directions. AQJxxxxxxx, void, void, xxx opposite void, AQxx, AQxxx, KQJx caused some chaos. 6♠ was a popular spot, 2 opponents diagnosed that their ♠Kx onside was a trick (with the A♣) and doubled. My LHO didn't lead a trump, his CHO did.

I don't remember if I mentioned this one in the Forums before.
I was kibbitzing some friends in a local team match. In a rather involved auction they arrived at 3NT. A middle spade spot was led, and dummy hit revealing a singleton low spade in dummy facing a singleton K in declarer's hand. RHO played the Q, allowing the contract to make.
The play of the Q was from AQx.

I suffered this one also on a 6NT contract, the bidding was 1NT-3♣ but nobody alerted the transfer to diamonds. Director said ♦ lead from J109x was normal anyway, but director was my mother and she would never rule on my favour against lols.

I've told this story before but my friend Doug Fraser, one of Canada's best players all time, was on lead in the round-robin of our team trials a few years back. The opps had a convoluted auction that ended in 7♥. Doug's view of the auction was that declarer, who had received no support from partner, had to have solid hearts, so a trump lead was preferable...the alternative being an aggressive lead from his diamond Q.
He led from his xx in trump, and was puzzled by the appearance in dummy of not only a void in hearts but, more distressingly, the diamond Q.
Sure enough, his red queen was actually a trump. No-one else made 7♥ with their trump suit of void opposite AKJxxxx.
