I would double, bidding is probably fine though. I hate to double with a stiff and fit but with 3 small and good D on the side I am worried we are down and so are they.

I voted 5♥. It's close though. Probably both contracts fail and so I would double at matchpoints. Maybe I am too easily pushed.
