The club would like to offer lessons for new players this September. Perhaps you know someone who would like to learn how to play bridge or someone who has taken a set of lessons and would like to learn more.

For the New or Novice player - two separate classes

Section A Players new to bridge – This section is designed for the beginning player to learn the basics.
Instructor: Marion Dyck.

Section B Novice Players - these individuals know how to play but have not had much experience.
Instructor: TBA (Louise Hutchinson will teach at least one of the lessons)

Time: Thursday 1:30 – 3:30 pm Dates: Sept 5 – Oct 4, 2012
Cost: 5 lessons -$50.00 Book (Optional) $11.00
Location: The Chateau Cargill, 3550 King George Highway, South Surrey, B.C.

Description: There will be a total of 5 lessons in a very friendly and welcoming environment. The last lesson will be a play day with an opportunity to play Bridge in a very non intimidating environment – the emphasis is on learning and having fun! All of our instructors have a reputation for being excellent teachers who make their students feel relaxed and comfortable! Come with or without a partner. Please register early. There will be a limit of 24 students per class. Classes will be cancelled if there are fewer than 11 students per class. Duplicate Lite is a non profit club.Book: Bridge Basics -An Introduction by Audrey Grant – cost is approximately $14 in store.
