Conclusion: One way or the other, three hearts are better than two.
But if I open a strong NT with five spades and three hearts, and partner has a five card heart suit and the strength to have bid 2 over 1, we will be fining our hearts.

Go for it. This seems more like th sort of scramble that is common opposite a weak NT opening by pard. But 72% is nothing to sneeze at.
