This is partly a partnership style thing, but given that declarer clearly doesn't have a singleton spade, my partner has a singleton.
So I discourage diamonds, win a club switch, give partner a spade ruff and see if the DK is cashing. No difference between MP and IMP

So, if declarer is 2722 you let him make? Or maybe you mean partner would have led A and then the spade if it was doubleton (and after seeing dummy he'd probably don't do that with a doubleton)?

That's what I meant about partnership style: I wouldn't expect my partner to lead Jx of spades.
There's one slight indication that partner has done so in that we may have given suit preference for clubs at trick 1, yet partner played a diamond. But this could be just matchpoints: we had to play some card at trick 1
