反映一个软件兼容问题

最近半年以来，我家里Windows 7 sp1上在火狐浏览器上BBO打牌，随机出现FLASH崩溃，电脑死机。只好使用BBO的程序版，没有问题。期间FALSH的版本和火狐的版本升过几次，都出现同样情况。在单位的Windows xp sp3上用火狐上BBO打牌没有一点问题。在半年前使用的Windows 7没打SP1，没有出现上述情况。怀疑Windows 7 sp1和网页版的BBO程序有兼容的问题。请BBO官方帮助解决。

我使用谷歌浏览器没有这类事情，何妨一试？
