Robot problems

Today I am training bidding with robert,however I found there were some wrongs with Robert.
For example at below:

Thanks for reporting.

Some questions for the way training went.

it seems it was web version partnership bidding room, right?

did you set an option opponents to be active by seating GIBs on EW places and maybe North?

The label for North and East seems like same so maybe N and E are robots.

But if you forgot to seat GIB(Robot) for West it will be silent and outpass any calls from NES people.

Each hand current gib wouldn't pass.
For 1) - 100% 3♣
2) 100% 1♥
3) 100% 2NT opening

You sure west seat has Robot there?

it can't be replicated if it was, but if you say there was GIB would be investigated more deeply for this very moment where you were connected if that were some hardware problem.
