MP's. 6 also made 7 when QJ was doubleton but 7 is better. And 7NT much better at MP's. What route do you recommend?

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the 3.

Besides playing for fun, most people also like to play bridge to win

Hmm.. my precision sequence would work if north bid 2 instead of 3, but...
1 - 1 (3)
3 - 4NT
5 - 5
7NT

1 = 15+ or 17+ balanced
1 = Positive, natural
3 = Trump Asking Bid
4NT = 5 or more s to the AKQ
5 = asking
5 = No club control (Jxx or worse)
7NT = We have 5 spades, 2 hearts, a diamond, and 3 clubs off the top and hopefully clubs break or you have Jxx or you have 4 clubs or you have the queen of hearts and the jack drops or the jack and the finesse works or there's a singleton honor in hearts offsides or you happen to have Q Kx in addition to AKQxx of spades

Maybe 7 is a better percentage chance than 7NT but 7NT has a lot of chances so...
If it's IMPs I bid 7 instead of 7NT obviously
