I suppose partner promises 3 hearts and a singleton club on this sequence? (Would have bid hearts immediately with 4 and would not suggest the 4-3 fit without a singleton - there's always 3 or 3 otherwise.)

Let's see... Axxx Axx Axxxx x from partner has reasonable play at 4 and no play at 3N. So I think 4 is right.

But I would have just bid 3N instead of 3 in the first place, which I admit might be wrong.
