After my double,Gib bid its shorter suit 4 only with 3-card support instead of 5 with 5-card support.
Actually 5 is a best contract.

My answer is 6+ at least, actually Gib only has 5 cards !
What is 20+ TPs?
Actually Gib only has 18TPs.
How to trust Gib?

I find it hard to follow threads with several different hands in them. Perhaps if there were a single bug in common, OK, but just having strange explanations in common is a bit too general for me.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

"Gentlemen, when the barrage lifts." 9th battalion, King's own Yorkshire light infantry,
2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"

"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq

Hand 1 - Agree 5D would be better, but 4S isn't the worst bid ever.

Hand 2 - You immediate know something is wrong when you see the explanation of 4D. GIB doesn't psych opening NT opening bids! Bid 5D and hope you make it. Yes, of course 4D was crazy.

Hand 3 - Nothing wrong with GIB's second double. Only problem is your nonsense opening bid with a flat 10 HCP.

Hand 4 now in a thread of its own.

There's a sticky in this forum suggesting separate threads for each bug.

1. I think in the long run pass double > 5D > 4S. GIB should simulate in this spot IMO.
3. The opening is ridiculous, but on this shape with a normal opener and no heart stop, I think the usual stab is 2.
4. It's way too weak for double then bid hearts IMO, 2 is enough.
