If Gib S want to make overcall,it should bid 4-card ♥ instead of 5-card ♣.

Why? North supposedly promised at least 4 clubs, and I don't think south was bidding with the intention of making. Majors only score better when you make the contract.

edit: Well ok, East did bid clubs I suppose, but I think south took that as suspect (what the heck would West have for the bidding then)
