Partner makes a takeout double. Convert it to penalty using Mel’s rule of 9.
Mel's Rule of 9 给出了当你持有对方长套时什么时候把同伴的技术性加倍转换为惩罚性加倍的规则


Mel's Rule of 9：
1. Take the level of the contract.
2. Add the number of the opponent’s trump suit you hold.
3. Add the number of honors you have in that suit(including the 10).
4. If it comes to nine or more, PASS!


1.定约阶数
2.加上你持有的对方花色的长度
3.再加上你持有的对方花色上的大牌（包括10）
4.如果大于等于9，PASS转换成惩罚性加倍

你的持牌
