I am having issues with BBO client (both web and windows), it is freezing

Lately BBO client, both windows and web (when playing or only watching vugraph), are freezing quite often.

I have to basically switch back and forth between web and windows client: when web client does not move anymore, I login with the windows client (web client getting disconnected) which works for a few minutes. Then windows client freezes and I have to login back with the web client (windows client gets disconnected) which works for a few minutes and then this continues on and on.

This happens on my Windows 8 laptop.

I don't think there is anything wrong with my Internet provider since:
- no problems when browsing or remote desktoping
- on my iPad everything works fine, no freeze happens

Any ideas?

Looks like a conflict between both clients try clearing your cache memory temp internet files
uninstall windows client try web client only
