x x AKQJT98xx xx
Both vul. IMPs. Partner deals, LHO is known to bid very aggressively.

1S p 2D 2H
2S p 4D 5C (told you!)
p 5H ?

Partner's pass should be forcing. X, p or 6D?

What if partner passed over 2H instead?

Thanks,

ahydra

Can you explain your system? I would hate to get the dummy in 4 on this hand.

Partner doesn't have great support, sohis forcing pass must be based on many controls. I think he is a favourite to hold at least 2 aces.

So I would bid 6, given whoom we are playing against this will probably give us extra 300.

Interesting. I think partner should assume akqJxxx+ an outside card as a baseline for 4D yet he isn't forcing to slam. So I think partner has 3 quicks: AKxxxx xxx Xx Ax?

So 6D for me.
