what a yellow can and can't do about undos

hello I am TD my nickname is WOUAF and I would like to know to what extent a yellow can intervene on my tournaments and give his opinion on my management of undos as well as the fact that one of them suggests to the players to whom I asked to grant an undo for misclik obvious to complain about abuse by adding PLEASE DO thanks for your answers

I seriously doubt the yellows care how you run your tournaments. You get what you pay for.

It shouldn't come up. BBO generally doesn't interfere with the operation of free tourneys. If your undo policy is stated in the tourney description, there's no reason why a yellow should override it.
