It seems to me that NT is our most likely game. I'm prepared to treat Q9X as a likely stop and partner can still bid 3M if in doubt.

I think that not FG is virtually unplayable, but it would, as you say, be reasonable here. I like Tramticket’s 2NT, as 2 seems a bit wet. And of course the potential Ax will be on the table where it belongs.

2NT at MPs, 3NT at IMPs (after all, I have a sound opening). I am definitely too strong for a fake preference of 2H. And I’ve probably right-sided the contract.
