I did a quick search on discussion forums about Prime and cane across:
"We're planning on adding more features to Prime, feel free to post suggestions in the Suggestions for Software forum. We want this to be a useful service."

I think that Prime should have a non robot area of play. Every time I log on, almost everyone is playing either singly (mostly) or with a partner (rarely) against robots. I find that playing with or against robots is counter productive and would much rather play against humans. I saw nothing in the description indicating that the purpose of Prime was for people to practice with Robots. So my suggestions is to have a Human Only section.
