Lost game that I was in the process of playing

At 3:30 am I logged on....paid for... and began playing a match. shortly before 5 the game disappeared.. Whats up? Is there a reset at 5 am? Game is not score as it was incomplete? Out the fee for the game?

I would suggest that you email Bridgebase support rather than posting here. There would be an announcement if they had a significant outage but they might be able to see what happened to your game.

A regular reset at 5 am though? I highly doubt it - whatever timezone 5 am is in, there are bound to be hundreds if not thousands of tables in play somewhere.

He may possibly be talking about daylong robot tournaments. These do run once a day; the time the tournament ends is shown when you start though.

Good call, I didn't think of that. In which case, if I were OP, I'd either let it go or email support and plead ignorance.
