Managed to not declare this recent hand in some number of hearts, which seems like quite an achievement in retrospect. Teams game, bad score (albeit only 5 bid at the other table), how should it have gone?

(opener's bid is a standard wk2)

[Edited to correct bidding]

Ty nullve I made a mistake with the bidding and have corrected the diagram. It wasn't quite what you suggest - it was the wk2 opener who raised which I (S) doubled, passed out.

N doesn't have a pulse, 2-4 is a good hand, double then 4 is a huge hand, you potentially are adding 3 tricks, N should be bidding 5 or 6 hearts and I can't make my mind up which. There is also the chance that if partner has 2 spade losers (or one and a potential ruff), LHO doesn't have one to lead.
