Display "Welcome" message to subs

Subs need orienting. Players need to notice subbing.
Displaying the Welcome message to the table would accomplish both.

I have always welcomed my subs with a message that made clear I had read their profile and was genuinely grateful.
Having said that, I am even more grateful that BBO has now implemented robot substitution and is working on making it automatic.
I would never resort to human substitutes when I could have robots instead.

We always welcome subs and try to show our appreciation. Few tourneys would finish with out them.

Tonight the "sit out" robots would not bid if they had to make the first bid on a board. Give me real players any time.
