last round last round of a matchpoint pairs game

When we play face-to-face bridge, if a table, boards, and players are ready, we start the last round, even if a table is still playing the next-to-the-last round. BBO also needs to allow this. Thank you.

BBO has two types of tourneys: clocked and unclocked.

In clocked tourneys, all tables move to the next round at the same time.

In unclocked tourneys, players move after they've completed their boards and as soon as there's a place to go to.

It's not clear that there's much need to complicate this by treating the last round specially.

Can we specify the last 2 rounds be unclocked with the others be clocked?
