As a VACB TD i have developed a small list of feature i would like to have added. What is the mechanism for communicating these to someone at BBO / ACBL ? Should i just post them here? I imagine other TDs would like to have some of them as well.

Post it here... that's what people have always done and occasionally it worked.
Certainly discussion with other directors can only help BBO decide.

Talk with your club manager. They can forward your suggestions to the ACBL. Much more likely to get results than posting here. ACBL has at least a couple hundred directors so BBO is much more likely to listen if the requests come through there.

BBO doesn't receive hundreds of direct requests and almost none that are patently unreasonable.
I see no reason not to post directly here and see what other directors (ACBL and not) have to say.

Going through ACBL would actually be useful. We meet with them regularly, and they can prioritize requests from multiple club managers.
