Twitch.tv refusal Vugraph not working for me

When logged in to BBO, and trying to watch a vugraph table, I get a message in a new window:"player.twitch.tv connection refused". I found in another forum topic some advice to use video option. When I try that I get the same error message.

Is anyone else getting the same problem? Is this resolvable (note I am in Australia, so it may be a regional problem)?

Are you using a browser or mobile device. The embedded Twitch player doesn't work in the mobile app.
