bridge robots scoring create averaging

Poll: robot scores (0 member(s) have cast votes)

As a virtual club we play 5 times a week on your website but when a player looses connection a robot steps in, and more often than now causes an imbalance on the scores, mainly because the robot is not aware of the bidding, the play sequence, the carding

  1. so is there a way to create an averaging score or have the Director apply an average score? (0 votes [0.00%])

The issue we have playing as a virtual club on ACBL event on your BBO website is that when a player loses connection a robot steps in, and more often than not skews the scoring, so that one side is disadvantaged, because:
1. The robot was not part of the bidding sequence
2. The robot comes in half-way through the play.
3. The robot is not aware of your conventions or Carding
4 Or the robot is not of the same standard.
So my question to you , is there a way the Director can "average the sores" if he sees that the introduction of a Robot has caused a scoring imbalance?
What other precautions could the Director take to improve the Robot's play?

Many thanks

The TD can always adjust the score for any reason they want.
