Contacting BBO Accounts no reply from accounting team

I've sent several emails to accounts over the past 4 weeks - the latest one a couple of days ago.
So far nobody has replied to any mails - is there any other way of making contact ?

The address is accounting@bridgebase.com, not accounts.
