What would you have the director do - You surely got a top board - There is no Law against bad bidding.

My guess is (and confirmed from the link) that OP was West on this hand. So, no, he didn't get a top.

There is no TD in the Express tournaments. When you clicked on the Call Td button the only option available is Withdraw, which you did.

Report to abuse (done for this particular case, but in general -- the proper way to deal with this is to report to the department that can actually take measures, not in the forums). Abuse has ways to ban people from tournaments if they misbehave, or apply other punishments depending on user's history.

looked at this persons score for this event
for 6 boards it was 4%, so why would bbo want this type of person
to be there....now i see why people post more on bridge winners than here, sorry
