No idea on the technical restrictions on this. If you are disconnected from a table with other humans, or a tournament, you can log back in and start where you disconnected (or close).
Is it possible for the same to happen when using bots in casual bridge. I often use vugraph and don't get through a whole session or close my laptop and have been disconnected. I know I can use redeal to get me back etc

I appreciate its probably in the two hard/no budget/where's the demand for that function basket
