Playing against two robots

Hello

I recently got my partner onto BBO. I was able to start a table, invite him and play with against two robots the other day. Today I try to do the same thing and it says I need to add money to my account (which I did not have either the first time we played together against to robots). Could you explain how we can play against two robots without adding money to the account?

Robots are free on the first day of each month. I suspect that is when you were playing. Other days, you'll need to pay.
