Robot challenge, basic robots.
I don't think that pass can be right. I punted 5♣, 3NT would have worked also. At the very least bid 4♣.

The old version of GIB says that 4♣, if bid, should be described as 20+ total points, and 5+ clubs..

.. and the logic part of the rule says that GIB is only allowed to bid it if it has 20+ total points and 5 clubs.

Exactly 5.

The mistake seems reasonably clear here :)
