why doesn't GIB play Q
it costs a trick here.
Admittedly, with me bidding heats the spots might be the case where it doesn't cost
but playing Q has to be at least as good as playing low

No logic here. Old version of GIB plays high 100% of the time at both IMPs and MPs. BBO's version seems to play random cards at times for no reason.
