Was that error 2. Kept kicking you out. A few have asked this before. I suspect its a load question but I never had a straight answer or assistance identifying the cause
It could be something else but you think if it was Bridgebase would be keen to help identify the cause
Some of us have only been asking for around 5 or 6 years
Like if the problem is elsewhere it would help some of us identify other major problems somewhere else

I have also faced the same issue and brought this issue up to the notice of support. I received a stock reply that it is being looked into. That was over 3 weeks ago.
Have not heard from support after that.

I have the same problem occasionally. I don't start any tournaments with less than a couple of hours left. It's impossible to complete tournaments on time when the gib error messages keep popping up.
I thought it was my internet connection, but it could be a bridgebase issue.
Also it breaks your concentration and it's easy to get a bad board because you keep getting logged off the tournament.

I would rather pay $2 for Zenith daylong and working robot.
Than $1 and occasionally working robot.
Zenith is the most popular tournament, is there a way to reduce load to robots?
