Generally play tournaments and team games - my excuse for forgetting but..............

I remember setting up casual tables having an option to accept or decline BBO removing players for thinking too long.

Can no longer find that option (Playing with friends today play would have been smoother if that option had been set to 'decline').

Does this no longer exist?

Or is this on/off dependent on whether the game is relaxed or competitive?

And where can I find an explanation from BBO on the differences between the functionality of relaxed and competitive?

Enable 'permission required to play'.

There is no difference between relaxed and competitive, other than you're only compared against other relaxed/competitive tables respectively.

Or put +slow+ in the table description.
