cannot see if my partner is online????

Up until 2 days ago - I could see when my partner cam online to BBO. Now I cannot see. He has looked through his settings and he even allowed me to look through his settings, and they have not changed. It is annoying because I have to text message now to verify he is online. And, even more annoying, is that when we sign up for a tournament - I cannot see our names on the list of entries. So I text again and I am assured that he is online and that he registered. Then when the tournament starts - I can see him at the table but still cannot see him online.

figured it out - the problem was on my end. I had deleted him from "people" although I dont remember doing that. Anyway - fixed.
