Robot tournament. The field was in 6NT but played by South, making. When played by North, they could lead through my hearts tenace and got two tricks. What did I do wrong?
My 6NT was defeated But it was cold when played from the other side

Intending on playing no trump from our side.
Blasting rather than more science.
Aside I prefer rebidding 3c rather than 2S
To show extras but that is just my preference.

Comment 1: I would deem the jump to 6N as speculative, at best. You have no way of knowing that your partner's Diamonds are going to run. 6!S could easily be a better contract, especially if you need to establish the Diamond suit via a ruff
Comment 2: There are style that would prefer to show rebid 2!S with your shape rather than making a 3!C bid, however, the intent is to limit the strength of your hand. (In this style, 3!C would show extra). I think that you're easily strong enough for a 3!C rebid. At this point, partner would rebid 3!D and you would bid 3N to show the heart stoppers. You might choose 4NT if 3!C doesn't show extra)
Comment 3: Even if you decide to start with a 2!S rebid, you should bid NT after the 3!D bid.

a) I'd show my 2nd suit before 3rd especially with this strength.
b) Over 3♦ I bid 4NT asking for keycards with the bot. The running ♠s provide extra tricks opposite the possible min. combined hcp of 31.

Bidding 4NT over 3D would be RKCB and set D as trump - can I still bid another denomination to play and not cause confusion afterwards?

With a robot, I doubt it. With some humans yes (it takes some discussion and agreements to be watertight). Others may play it as Specific Suit Ask or some kind of punt with interest in a grand slam in the established trumps.
