I bought BB$ 3 days ago and it worked find. Today I went to buy some more and noticed it had the wrong (real old) credit card. When I tried to change the card it said to delete card but no option to o da simple delete. There was no tab to do delete. I went to put in new card and put in card number address etc but it asked for Country. There was about 50 countries listed but no USA or America in the Drop down. It should have been easy to program a change in the drop down but I called techsupport and spent over 1 1/2 hours with them and they couldn't fix the problem

United States is near the end of the dropdown, between United Kingdom and Uruguay, since it's in alphabetical order. It's spelled out in full, not abbreviated USA.

BBO does not have phone support, so whoever you phoned was not a BBO support service. I hope they did not charge you.
