Why are paid tournaments appearing under Free tournaments?

Why are paid tournaments appearing in the Free tournaments option?

We want to give these inexpensive little tournaments more visibility, so we included them in the Free Tournaments list.

In some continents there are both free and 0.10 BB$ versions of these two tournaments, they're both in the Free Tournaments section. You're apparently outside those regions, so you only see the 0.10 versions.
