Why my 2 diamond declaration has unleashed this disaster ?

What conventions have you set on E/W to cause them to open 1♠? And West to not raise? Certainly not any of the standard ones in WBridge..

Ghestem is checked by default; if you hover over 2♦ you'll see it shows 5/5 in the majors for WBridge as per here.
